Terms and Conditions of Service

By paying the enrolment fee or part of it, you acquire the right to enrol in the next Cabin Crew course to obtain the CCA (Cabin Crew Attestation).

The price of each pack is shown in euros (EUR), VAT included, in the Programs section of the website. Payments by Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

The course start date is stated in the contract sent to you by the company, as well as on our website www.proflyacademy.com.

The contract lists all the services included in your course.

Once the enrolment or part of it has been paid, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of contracting the service to exercise the right of withdrawal, without needing to give any explanation.

Exceptions to withdrawal: this right is lost if the service has already been partly performed, or if its performance has begun with the consumer's prior consent and their acknowledgement that they lose this right once the service has been fully performed.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used (the same credit or debit card). The student has a maximum of 14 calendar days from the notification of withdrawal or cancellation to receive the refund.

Once the merchant issues the refund order, the money usually takes between 3 and 10 business days to become available in the cardholder's account.
