Two Decades of Aviation Excellence
For more than a decade, Pro Fly Academy (Flyhostess Group) has been actively engaged in the selection, training and certification of candidates for Airline Cabin Crew. We are certified by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to carry out the courses and examinations required for the European Flight License EU 290/2012.
We offer theoretical and practical courses under the control of the European Aviation Authorities. Our success rate in passing official exams is 98%, and within months of completing the course, 87% of our certificate students have gone on to work as Cabin Crew members at major airlines worldwide.
Since 2006, we have trained over 1,800 flight crew members and are leaders in Europe in cabin crew training. Our graduates fly with airlines such as Iberia, TAP Portugal, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Vueling, and many more.

Pro Fly Academy is born
We began our operations in Santiago de Compostela as Flyhostess Group, dedicated from day one to the selection, training, and certification of cabin crew members.
Regulation EU 290/2012
Adoption of the new European civil aviation regulation. We adapted the entire curriculum to EASA Part-CC standards to prepare our students in line with current requirements.
10 years + 500 students trained
We celebrated our tenth anniversary having trained more than 500 graduates. We began the first formal partnerships with airlines for direct recruitment processes.
We maintain in-person training
Despite the impact of COVID-19 on aviation, we kept our training groups running with reinforced health and safety protocols, preparing the next generation of cabin crew for the sector's recovery.
