For more than a decade, Pro Fly Academy ( Flyhostess Group) has been actively engaged in the selection, training and certification of candidates for Airline Cabin Crew. We are certified by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to carry out the courses and examinations required for the European Flight License EU 290/2012, which is essential for working on international airlines.
We offer theoretical and practical courses under the control of the European Aviation Authorities.
Our success rate in passing official exams is 98%, and, within months of completing the course, 87% of our certificate students have gone on to work as Cabin Crew members on airlines such as Air-Europa, Alitalia, Iberia, Iberia Express, Tap Portugal, Emirates, Qatar, Ethad, TAG, Volotea,
Vueling, Hi-Fly, Air Nostrum, Privilege Style, LAN as well as for private jets companies.
Since 2006, we have trained over 1,800 flight crew members, and are leaders in Europe in cabin crew training.
Pro Fly Academy has the most modern facilities, which are also used by working flight crews.
We have a network of training resources for our students in various cities: Madrid, Palma de Mallorca, Santiago de Compostela and London.
In addition to our own facilities, we have access to the facilities of EFSA-recognized institutions such as Firefighters, Police, and Rescue Centers, where our students can participate in numerous practical courses.
Students have free access to sports facilities and swimming pools and can participate in their choice of activities including fitness room (with monitor), aerobics, BodyStep, elliptical machines, and dance.
Our students are often in contact with active crew members. They have an “Aircrew- in-training” electronic identity card, which allows them access to both classrooms for theoretical instruction and facilities for practical training.
To ensure the highest quality training for our students and to complete their Curriculum Vitae as future cabin crew members, we are proud to have the cooperation of the most recognized institutions in each skills area required by the profession: organizations such as the Red Cross for first aid and water rescue; Fire Department for firefighting, survival techniques and pyrotechnics; the National Police Force for self-defense; and Globalia Formación (Air-Europa) for cabin and cockpit training.
We also collaborate with a number of airports for pilot-accompanied real flight time and Executive Aviation courses (Private Jets)
Internationally prestigious language training centers such as Workshop and Centro Británico, provide us with expert native teachers for our specific cabin crew language programs.
Pro Fly Academy has managed to certify that more than 1800 Airline Cabin Crew members in recent years.
It is a great pleasure for us that they are currently developing their careers with great enthusiasm and competence at airlines around the world. Many of them are now Chief Flight Attendants who have crews in their charge.
Pro Fly Academy has provided a professional platform for all these professionals. Our success lies in a training concept focusing on guidance and job placement from the outset.
In their selection processes, airlines are currently seeking future cabin crew members equipped with certain aptitudes and attitudes.
Flight license qualifications are essential, but not sufficient. Companies are looking for something more: attitudes.
We at Pro Fly Academy do not merely enable our students to obtain their flight licenses, but also provide them with the training and skills that are necessary for a future in aviation.
We train our future crew members in the following: communication skills, self-esteem, ability to work in teams, to make decisions, to perform several tasks simultaneously (divided attention), how to handle conflicts, and how to deal with angry or troubled passengers. We train them in all these aspects and prepare them to pass the psychological tests and personal interviews carried out by companies. Training addresses how to introduce yourself, how to prepare your CV, how to speak and express yourself. All of these aspects are increasingly important for company selection processes.
Moreover, we must not forget languages, of course. We have a whole multidisciplinary team including pilots, Chief Flight Attendants, language teachers, and psychologists to give our students an all-round training that will be fulfilling on both a professional and personal level and that will guarantee their success with airlines worldwide.
