Fill out the following form to begin the ProFly Academy course registration process.
To cover the following form it is necessary to have the following characteristics:
- 17 and 34 years old
- Women: Minimum height 1.58m.
- Men: Minimum height 1.70m.
- Weight in proportion to the height.
- Do not have visible tattoos or piercings in uniform.
- Have a good English base.
- Geographic availability.
Initial registration form
